Join us on Tuesday, April 2nd at 1:00pm at the Ridgewood Public Library. We are excited to welcome our guest presenter, Archana Mundhe. Archana is a local resident who has become a sensation with her Ministry of Curry Indian Cuisine blog and Instant Pot cookbook. We will be treated to her story and, hopefully, some of her cooking! She will autograph her very popular cookbook, which will be available for purchase. You won't want to miss this delicious presentation!!
Archana Mundhe is a software engineer turned food blogger and influencer. Founder of the food blog www.ministryofcurry.com and a published author of The Essential Indian Instant Pot Cookbook by Penguin Random House.
